Hi, we're Carla and Isa from @vitaminspice! Come and have the time of your life while making your body work through our Latin heat dance workout 🌶️ Our zumba session is a high energy workout, with easy dance routines to reggaeton, salsa, merengue, cumbia and more. We include squats, lunges and light bodyweight exercises. No dance experience required, it’s all about moving, releasing, letting your playful side out to have fun and making new friends in the process ✨

This class is in a beautiful studio with mirrors and LED lights in the Barcelona city center. It feels like a day party, can’t wait to see you there! 💃
