This is a fun Zumba class for everyone! No previous dance experience needed. The aim is to connect with a friendly local community, meet new people and have fun while exercising our bodies and improving our mental well-being!

As a Zumba instructor and a Clinical Psychologist in Doctoral Training, this class is a unique combination of both dance and mindfulness meditation. We do a 5 minute mindfulness exercise at the beginning and a 5 minute relaxation exercise at the end.

Come experience this unique class in person! Each class costs £5 only and you can pay cash on the day or via bank transfer.
