Unlike Zumba Toning, which uses light sticks during dance, Zumba + Lift alternates between, or combines, high-intensity cardio dance and dedicated, heavier strength training intervals to build muscle

    Zumba + Lift™ is the music-driven, results-focused, combines ALL the fun of Zumba® with the muscle-sculpting power of strength training. Dance, lift, and rep your strength in style!

    You will need a light, medium and a heavy set of dumbbells. Also water, sneakers and comfortable workout clothes.
