Instead of high-energy cardio, we move slowly and deliberately. We focus on core strength, flexibility, and reconnecting with how your body naturally wants to move. We blend yoga, pilates, and dance-inspired feminine flow - all set to beautiful music.
And yes, we learn some basic pole moves. Simple, elegant movements that build incredible upper body and core strength in ways that feel good, not forced.
