Location: My Lesson Shinjuku 156 Studio (B1F)

Fee: 1,200yen. Payable either in cash or PayPay at the site.

What to bring: Exercise clothes, inside shoes, plenty of water, and passion:)

Facility: Toilet and curtain for change is available. However, we can use them after the start time. I recommend you to come to the studio with exercise clothes to start smoothly.

RSVP: If you can't make it, please remove your RSVP before 2 day since I have a limited capacity.

施設；お手洗いと着替え用のカーテンはスタジオ内にあります。ただ使用できるのが開始時間以降のため、スムーズなスタートのためにもエクササイズ用の服で来る事をおすすめします。

申込について：もし参加できなくなった場合は、定員に限りがあるため、2日前までに欠席にしてください。
