About us
Aikido Orangerie offers beginner-friendly Aikido classes in the peaceful Orangerie & Bonsai Garden Zurich — a unique Japanese-inspired green space next to Rieterpark.
Aikido is a non-competitive Japanese martial art focused on mindful movement, body awareness, balance, and learning how to respond to pressure calmly without fighting or blocking.
Our training is respectful, and collaborative. No previous experience or special fitness level is required.
