For all beautiful ladies that are conscious about their appearance, posture, fitness & wellbeing.
A unique opportunity to gain a very practical, intense, deeper understanding of the Ballet Body Sculpture training, whilst exercising, dancing ballet & stretching.
We will be learning some basic ballet techniques, as well as expressing artistry, elegance and posture, through simple but graceful choreography steps from the famous classical ballet of Swan Lake.
