Workshop: Our emotions

Dear meetuppers,

I'm offering again my workshop on emotions that is based on a course I took: How do you best use the powerful signals our emotions are sending us? Science suggests a best practice approach to this.

We will talk this through, exercise and discuss in the group. In the end I am planning in enough time to solve any remaining issues you might bring.
