The group is for those who want to explore various aspects of body mind connection, emotion, consciousness, creative movement and somatic methods like Azul Conscious Dance, Authentic Movement Method, and other methods and rituals.
We offer short (2 hours) and longer workshops in Zurich and online.

Ekaterina Kamenskaya is a powerful creator, PhD, author of multiple publications, coach, passionate dancer and an Azul teacher from Zürich. She received a PhD in Engineering and had a successful IT career of 17 years, including 13.5 years at Google. Apart from her technical work, she led communities, gave talks at the various conferences and facilitated both technical and well-being courses on mindfulness, emotional intelligence based on neuroscience, life design, human connection and others. Nowadays she is focusing on bringing a positive impact on people’s well-being.
