A Sunday morning dedicated to the pinnacle of the German Lied: poetry with music, the 19th century's equivalent of rap music.We are gathering for Schubert’s "Winterreise," where a heartbroken young man steals away from town at night and wanders through wintery lands on a melancholic journey with romantic music. This performance features Kazuo Takeshita (Tenor) and Akane Matsumura (Piano).
10:30: Meet in the Zunfthaus zur Waag at Münsterhof, first come first seated, please be early.
11:00: Performance starts.
12:30: Optional post-show lunch or drinks nearby for those interested in discussing the music.How to get there:
