Juniors Disc Golf Tournament (Albisbrunn)

The Disc Golf Juniors Cup features 4 stops in and around Zurich—aimed
at giving as many children as possible the opportunity to experience disc golf—whether as their first introduction to the sport or as a competitive event among peers. The focus is not only on athletic achievement but, above all, on the joy of the game.

Tournament Schedule

🕘 09:00 – Player registration on-site
🕤 09:30 – Players' meeting – Information about the event
🕙 10:00 – Start of Round 1
🕛 12:00 – Lunch break / Mini Disc Games
🕜 13:30 – Players' meeting
🕑 14:00 – Start of Round 2
🕓 16:00 – Awards ceremony

#### Registration & Entry Fee

💰 CHF 15 per participant, payable in cash or via TWINT on the tournament day.

#### Tournament Procedure

• All flights (groups of 4 players) will be accompanied by an adult throughout the course.
• The accompanying person will assist juniors with rules and record the number of throws either via an app or on paper.

#### Age Categories and Year Group Rules

Juniors will compete in different age categories:

• ≤ 8 years
• ≤ 10 years
• ≤ 12 years
• ≤ 15 years

Players' age categories are determined by their birth year, not their exact birthday.
Example:
Hanna turns nine in December 2025. She will compete in the ≤ 10 category, not ≤ 8, even if she is still eight at the time of the tournament.

#### Guardian Requirement:

We kindly ask that a responsible adult remains near the tournament venue for the entire event.

#### Catering on Site:

• At some tournaments, lunch will be provided, while at others, players must bring their own.
• We will provide specific details for each tournament in advance.
• Please make sure to bring a water bottle and some snacks for the rounds.

#### General Information:

• The organiser assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage.
