Slow / Beginner Jogging Group – Easy & Social Runs in Zurich

Thinking about starting jogging but don’t want to feel rushed, judged, or left behind?
Or already a runner who simply enjoys a slower, social pace?
This is a slow jogging group for anyone who wants gentle movement, fresh air, and good company — no racing, no pressure, no “runner-runner” vibes.

### How we run
- Relaxed, conversational pace of around 9–10 min/km
- Perfect for beginners or anyone getting back into jogging
- This Monday we’ll run as one paced group at ~9 min/km
- As the group grows, we’ll explore splitting into smaller pace groups so it stays inclusive and fun for everyone
You’re also very welcome to:
- jog with walk intervals
- speed-walk parts of the loop
We’ll share the route in advance, so people can buddy up — and we’ll make sure everyone is welcomed back at the end.

- Day: Monday
- Meet time: 18:45
- Run time: approx. 19:00–19:45
- Pace: 9–10 min/km (or slower, if that suits you better)
- Distance: flexible, approx. 3–5 km
- Level: beginner-friendly / relaxed
- Vibe: social, supportive, no competition
- Dogs: welcome if comfortable jogging on a leash

- Easy, social jogging together
- Friendly chats during the run and after
- Around 45 minutes of movement, with hellos before and goodbyes after
- Come ready to run, or leave bags in a locker at HB
This is not a training session or performance run.
It’s about showing up and moving together.
