## Slow Jogging Group – Easy & Social Run in Zurich
Looking to start jogging but don’t want to feel rushed or judged? Or already a runner but enjoy a slower pace?
This is a slow jogging group for anyone who wants gentle movement, fresh air, and good company — no racing, no pressure.
We’ll run at a relaxed, conversational pace of around 8–9 min/km, perfect for beginners or anyone getting back into jogging. You can also feel free to jog and do walk intervals or speed walk the loop. We will let you know what the loop is in advance so everyone can buddy up and have a warm welcome at the end.

Level: Beginner-friendly / relaxed

Dogs are welcome if they are comfortable jogging on a leash
