Kick-off meetup to shape future Roundtables

Let's kick off the Zürich Engineering Leadership Roundtable online via Zoom the first time, to shape how future ones will look.

I'd suggest we do it "unconference"-style the first time: collaborate and vote around a Miro board on how we want to run these in the future, what subjects to discuss etc.
