Join us on this interactive webinar where we will watch an excellent talk by Marcus Lagré, product organization coach, who has graciously agreed to join us to share some of his own reflections live. We will have some peer exchange in breakout rooms, after which Marcus will be available for questions from us.

Speaker Marcus Lagré has 20 years of experience in the software industry, working with companies ranging from small startups to multinational corporations like Veoneer, SAAB, and Scania. He knows what works and what doesn’t when scaling agile and lean practices, and has developed his experiences and ideas into a concept that is clear and actionable.

Host Sima Baymani is Section Head at the Paul Scherrer Institute. She has a life-long passion for tech and leading other leaders. With extensive experience from both industry as well as academia (CERN, Intel, Motorola), she excels at leading highly technical organizations and understanding deliverables and business value.

Host Cecilia Borg works as interim CTO and VP engineering. Cecilia has led many organizations through transformation, in startups, scale-ups as well as international corporations, e.g. KRY, King, Acast, Spotify, Epidemic Sound, Oracle and others. Working side by side, being responsible for delivery at the same time as motivating others for major change is a complex task, mixing tech, organization and deep values.
