What we’re about
Zurich Expat Connect & Grow is a new kind of community for international professionals, parents, and educators. We're a space dedicated to the practice of meaningful, lasting connection—with each other, with our families, and with ourselves. We believe that connection is the key to all growth, and it's a skill we can all get better at, together.
Who is this group for?
This is a space for you if you are:
- An expat professional navigating a new work culture.
- A parent (especially of teens) tackling the unique challenges of raising a family in a new country.
- An educator or leader passionate about fostering resilient, connected communities.
- ... or simply a curious human in Zurich who is open, ready to grow, and looking to find your people.
What will our events be like?
Forget boring lectures. Our events are engaging, inspiring, and interactive. We create safe, fun spaces for real conversations.
Think facilitated round-table discussions on topics that actually matter (like parenting, purpose, and belonging), experiential workshops, and inspiring get-togethers.
At every event, our goal is for you to leave with:

RoundTable: Parents with teens

Not always easy. And, you don't have to do it alone.
Parenting through these years, especially as an expat family in Switzerland, comes with its own unique layers of complexity. It’s not about fixing anything; it’s about finding a way back to each other.
This is a space for that.
The RoundTable: Parents with teens is a free, monthly gathering in Zurich for international parents who want to nurture their family connections.
It’s a chance to breathe, share, and learn together in a supportive, eye-level circle.
It's a loosely guided conversation where there is time for what's really needed:
- Real Talk: A space to share the challenges and joys, to vent without judgment, and to simply be heard.
- Finding Hope: A reminder that you don't have to navigate these storms alone and that a reality filled with more ease and warmth is possible.
- Building Your Village: Connect with other expat parents who understand the journey and exchange needed support.
If you're looking for a path back to closeness with your teen, this circle is for you.
Details:
- When: The first Friday of every month, over lunch - 12 PM to 1:30 PM.
- Where: The Bridge, in the heart of Zurich.
- Cost: This is a complimentary community event.
- February's Theme: Awakening connection. Starting a new year, with foundation of nurturing togetherness.
