Let’s Build a Village: Intergenerational Co-Living Meetup in Zurich

Would you like to design a life in an intergenerational co-living?

A home structured like a village — with shared spaces and private apartments?
A life made of enriching relationships, shared moments, and mutual support? : )

We are people who have already been living in co-living homes for years, and now we’d love to continue doing so — within an intergenerational (and multicultural) community here in Zurich.

Imagine living surrounded by community-minded people…
- baking Christmas cookies together
- watching Netflix series as a group
- being there for each other through joys and sorrows
- sharing food, daily life, parenting, successes and struggles
- living side by side with elders who carry wisdom and experience
- and saying goodbye to alienating loneliness, isolation, the never-ending race to find babysitters, forgotten groceries, the not knowing how to fix things around the house, or even just share a meal with someone and telling abt your good or bad day..

That’s what we have been living into and are trying now to make it an intergenerational experience : )

A real village structured like a home: with shared spaces like kitchens and living rooms — and private homes for each.

A truly inclusive, intergenerational co-living:
where families, singles, couples and elders live together — in autonomy and in community.

This first meetup is a space to:

• share our ideas, projects and vision
• explore real needs and priorities
• do an open brainstorming session on possibilities, goals, practical steps

The meeting is open to all ages, inclusive of all genders, orientations, all types of families, people and cultures.

Everyone is welcome — whether you’re already experienced and determined, curious, skeptical, enthusiastic, or just starting to imagine a more community-oriented way of living 🤗
