Sun Gains Playground☀️ (Volley/Soccer/Frisebee/Spikeball)

Join Sun Gains Playground for a day of outdoor fitness and fun! In these events we will be building muscle and Strengh with weights (I will take them by car) before we play games like volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer, Spikeball etc. Looking forward to build a community to enjoy social fitness, the sun and have fun!🏐 ☀️
