Whether you're just starting out or you're an experienced meditator, coming together for guided meditation in a group is a great way to enhance and energize your practice.

Leading up to my meditation retreat on 1 June, we meet online daily for a simple 25-minute guided meditation.

Each day I will bring a new aspect or style to the mediation - you can see which in the title:

  • breathing focus
  • self-acceptance
  • loving-kindness
