Interlaken-Sörenberg Hike (T3)

The plan is to do a long hike on Saturday in the Bernese and Luzern alps.
We start in Interlaken and hike in a valley between Emmental on one side and Bernese Oberland on the other.

My personal intention to do this hike is to prepare for Rigimarsch, so if anyone is joining Rigimarsch, this will be a good preparation.

Meeting point and time: Zurich HB, below the blue angel at 07:00. We take a train at 07:16 first to Spiez, then Interlaken West.

Coming back: Bus/train connection from Sörenberg every hour until 21:58. We aim 18:58.

Profile: 29km, 1550m up, 950m down.

Pace: Moderate (~450 uphill meters / hour), no running. We aim to be in Sörenberg by around 18:30.

Lunch: We bring our own food and have lunch at around 13:00.

Recommended gear: Hiking shoes/boots; Waterproof jacket in case it rains; Sunscreen; Sunglasses.

Weather: ~11°C is expected in Sörenberg, and no rain. This hike will take place in any weather except thunderstorms.
