The weather forecast is excellent. The idea is a moderate 5h hike across the wooden Rapperswil-Hurden bridge and then up to Mount Etzel (1'098m).

08:11h: S7 Zürich HB (platform 43/44) to Rapperswil SG
08:52h: Arrival at Rapperswil SG

08:58h: Meet at Rapperswil station (outside at the Avec shop)
