Monte San Salvatore, Lugano

Friday is forecast to be sunny and 26°C in Lugano, let´s go hiking!

We walk up Monte San Salvatore from Paradiso and then onto Morcote.

Rendezvous 1: Zurich HB, under the Blue Angel 08.25
Rendezvous 2: Lugano train station, top of the escalators platform 1, 10.30

Easy-paced walk: distance: 14 km, hiking trail.
Ascent/Descent: = + 900 m/- 900 m

We return via boat or bus and train from Morcote to Lugano train station to catch a train home.

How to get to Lugano:
From Zurich HB: Take the 08:33 train (platform 8, direction Venezia), arriving 10.28 in Lugano. Note this train departs Zug at 09.00.

What to bring: good walking shoes, sunscreen, hiking pole, swimsuit (optional).
