We will do some exercises, practice, play some games and have fun! :)

Everyone is welcome to training, no experience required.
Don't be misled by the low sign ups, our regulars don't use meet-up. We are usually 6-10 people.

What to bring: sports clothes, (clean) indoor shoes, water bottle
