Join us for an introductory stress management workshop to redefine commonly held misconceptions about stress and learn how to apply various mindfulness techniques to help reduce compulsive thinking and other stressful habits.. Through the systematic yet non-judgmental observation of thoughts and their effects on the body you will uncover thought patterns that give rise to stress and learn simple yet powerful ways to ground yourself firmly in the present moment.
