This workshop has been created for those wanting to learn strategies for managing (or rather avoiding) bloating and digestive issues this Christmas and beyond.
Claudette Lucien, a qualified Nutritional Therapist (FdSc, MSc), will explain from a nutritional perspective how to achieve optimal gut health, and which nutrients are scientifically evidenced to support a healthy gut. (http://yournutritionbalance.com/about/)
Nicole Spencer, certified yoga teacher and essential oils wellness advocate and coach, will take you through easy breathing techniques and yoga poses that detoxify, calm the digestive tract and improve digestion. Most importantly, you will leave the workshop with everything you need to start improving your gut health right away, including:
- Samples of digestive aids to improve your beneficial flora and digestion
- Breathing and yoga plan with instructions for daily practice (15 minutes)

- Recipes for gut healthy meals
