Product Management Night Zurich is a local product management event where all members of the community are invited to join for an evening of exchange, knowledge and learnings.
Bluelion is a Zurich-based startup incubator and non-profit organization on a mission to help tech entrepreneurs to get from 0 to 1.

💡 From free to paid – How Neon launched its first paid product
Mathias experienced the full start-up rollercoaster as a PO at Numbrs – going from Switzerlands’s first fintech unicorn to nearly broke within a year. He is now Product Manager at Swiss challenger bank neon and just recently launched the company’s first paid product “neon green”, targeting a growing segment of sustainability oriented users.
Abstract: neon is challenging the Swiss banking sector with a free product. Based on the example of “neon green” Mathias will show how he and his team developed neon’s first paid product learning from quantitative and qualitative user feedback as well as validating with a large-scale beta group.

Celeste Urech, co-founder & head of product @ CASUS Technologies AG
Celeste is head of product at CASUS, a new legal tech start-up in Zurich working on contract automation for companies. Before CASUS, he was a product manager and product marketing manager at Coople, a Swiss scale-up operating in several European countries.
