A Pragmatic Approach to User Testing (a tutti.ch Real Life Story)

Details
First of all, sorry for the long meetup-free time, we try to do better in the future.
Then: For this meetup, we will slightly change the format. Where in the past, a PO would present a real-life case for the other POs present to solve, we will this time try a more traditional format with an input presentation and a discussion afterwards.
Micha Jahn will share his story on how the POs at tutti.ch are involving their users tonot only build things right, but also to build the right things.
In his own words:
„Everyone is talking about user centricity. Buzzwords like 'design thinking' and 'user centered' and UX roam the offices. But most teams have never managed to set up a working flow for validating ideas with real users or even have a single user test at all.
At tutti we did not find the silver bullet (yet) either but we have a working flow of validating ideas with real users. This talk will be about examples of how we validate big and small, legacy or new ideas in a pragmatic way."
Seats are limited as we'll be sitting in the "Presseclub" room on the top floor, enjoying a nice view.
