For two nights only, The Bite transforms into a pop-up restaurant and cocktail club.

🔥 The Story behind
Sarah Madritsch – now crowned Best Barkeeper of the Year at the Swiss Bar Awards – met Kirtanya, one of The Bite’s owners. Bonded by wine, bold flavours, and a love of food culture, this collaboration was inevitable.

🌎 The Theme: Central American Flavours
Sarah takes over with a cocktail menu inspired by the agave plant – think smoky Mezcal and Tequila straight from Oaxaca. With low and non-alcoholic drinks possible.

🥟 The Food
Pair your drinks with homemade empanadas, deep-fried plantain chips, and a one-night-only special burger designed just for this event. The chef will bringing it's Colombian roots to the table.
