Join us for dinner at BaoBae, a newer Chinese restaurant near Lochergut where traditional Chinese flavours meet a contemporary approach.
The menu takes inspiration from different regions of China, but doesn’t try to be overly traditional, it’s deliberately creative and a little mischievous.

Peanut noodles inspired by Fujian, chili-oil dumplings, crispy duck baos, kingfish tartare with Chinese truffle ponzu, black pepper beef and other seasonal creations.
And the drinks are part of the fun: Asian-inspired cocktails featuring ingredients such as Sichuan pepper, shiso, jasmine tea, sake and baijiu, alongside a curated wine list.
