What we’re about

🧊Let’s take a step back from the modern world and reconnect with nature. Our lives have become increasingly comfortable, our environments are climate-controlled, and our minds are constantly overstimulated.

❄️This meetup group serves as a way to seek discomfort, face the extreme conditions of nature, and stay fully present as we voluntarily face pain in the form of natural ice-cold water.

💪Benefits?

  • Connect with like-minded individuals sharing interests in challenging themselves and improving their health.
  • Research indicates Cold-Exposure can elevate dopamine levels by approximately 250%, sustaining this increase for up to 6 hours.
  • Cold exposure has shown potential to decrease inflammation and enhance mood.

🕘Where and when do we meet?

We’ll meet at 9 am at the Rehalp Tram Station (Tram 11) and walk together to the natural pool located in a nearby forest. There, we’ll expose ourselves to the cold water of a beautiful creek.

Please be on time; otherwise, you won’t be able to find the group!

🎒What do you need?

I recommend taking a towel, swimsuit,Tea and anything you might need to keep yourself warm after the cold plunge.

🔥 What happens after the Cold Plunge?

Once we get out of the cold water, you’ll have time to warm yourself back up, whether it’s by sipping tea, engaging in some exercises, or simply having a friendly chat with each other.
