Hello!
My name is Michał, and I’m a long-term meditation practitioner and an awareness coach.

In this guided meditation, we will observe reality exactly as it is. We’ll focus on the mind, the body and the sensations within the body.
The meditation I share is rooted in the Vipassana tradition and includes elements of non-dual awareness. I don’t use any visualizations or divine imagery — it’s the simplest and in my experience, the most effective method to gradually recognize the true nature of reality, drop by drop.

This meditation is welcoming to all spiritual or religious backgrounds.
The evening consists of one hour of meditation, followed by 30 minutes of questions and answers.

There is no fixed fee for participation — the event is donation-based.
