Looking for a fun way to get fit and meet new people? Come join my Pilates Dance Flow Workshop! It's a blend of Pilates and ballet movements, that targets the entire body.

The use of both the Stability Ball and Mini Exercise Ball provides a dynamic challenge, promoting mindful movement and alignment throughout your practice. In this workshop, we utilize both types of balls to maximize your workout experience.

No previous knowledge is required – just bring your enthusiasm and enjoy a session dedicated to enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, posture and grace.

After class, we can hang out at the studio’s bar or chill on the big terrace – perfect for making new friends!
