This is more than movement – the Social Recharge a reset for body, mind & mood. A place to wind down, meet good people, and start your week fresh.

📍We meet at 7PM at Heinrichstrasse 237, 8005 Zürich (yoga studio is right across Billardino)

We‘ll start with Yoga (All-Levels welcome), then head to KEEN Wellbeing for Icebath & Textile Bio Sauna (low heat high vibes).
