Once there, we'll ground ourselves with a calming "classical yoga" session in the nature, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation adapted for every level. Connect in Nature's own energy point for resetting and recharging.

### 📍 Logistics

• Meeting point: Zürich HB, under the blue angel (main hall), 09:45
• Train: Departure 10:07 from Zürich HB (platform 8) → Frümsen, Luftseilbahn Staubern
• Costs: Event attendance is FREE, transportation cost excluded: ~CHF 18.40 per train ride (check SBB) + CHF 40 gondola (round trip, required to access the starting point)
• Hike details: 3h15m ⏱️ • 8.06 km 🥾 • 390 m ↑
• Expected weather: Mostly sunny ☀️, with possible wet ground from early morning rain — dress accordingly!
• ⏰ Estimated return time: 18:30–19:00 at Zürich HB.

• Proper hiking shoes/boots with good grip
• Picnic lunch / snacks (restaurant might be open, but better to be prepared)
• Water, sun protection, and a light rain jacket
