Join us on Saturday, 19th July for a free Slow Vinyasa Yoga session at Rentenwiese – followed by coffee and good vibes!
A gentle, beginner–friendly flow with group alignment and space to breathe, move, and connect. The flow will be slow, grounding, and adapted to the group, helping you connect to your body and breath.
