🌞 Slow Vinyasa Yoga & Picnic – Saturday at Rentenwiese, Zurich 🌿

Hey lovely people!

Join us this Saturday,26th July for a Slow Vinyasa Yoga session at Rentenwiese a shadowed spot — followed by a relaxed picnic & social hangout 🧺✨

This gentle flow is beginner and intermediate friendly — a time and space for you to slow down, reconnect with your body and breath, and simply be. 💛 We’ll move mindfully, align as a group, and ground ourselves in nature.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga: 11:00–12:00
☕ Picnic & Social: from 12:00
📍 Rentenwiese – shaded area, look for the Zurich Together flag

✨ This is a donation-based event – suggested amount ~20 CHF in cash, Revolut or Twint. please give what feels right for you. 🙏

🧺 Bring: yoga mat, comfy clothes, water, and something small for the picnic
