The session is given by a physiotherapist. If you have mild complaints, I can also show variations to still be able to train complaint-free. The session is open to all levels, including beginners, and guided in supportive atmosphere!
Mat Pilates outdoor is perfect for:

The session is at Saffa Insel with good weather. In case of bad weather, it will be held in Wipkingerpark under a covered area. I will share the exact location on the Whatsapp group.
The price is 25CHF (regular) or 198CHF for 10-Day pass with social time (drinks and snacks) included after the session. The 10-day pass can be paid for with Twint/Revolut or cash. The drop inn with a ticket on Eventfrog.
