Ready to recharge in the nature. Let’s hike together through autumn vibes in the kanton of Uri in the Gurtnellen region.
Once there, we’ll ground ourselves with a calming "classical yoga" session in the nature, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation adapted for every level. Gathering nature’s own energy for resetting and recharging.
