Manon Mullener is one of Europe's most promising young jazz musicians. She weaves her notes together, blending jazz, Latin American music, and the melodies of her native Switzerland. Her playing, both intimate and vibrant, invites the listener on a sensory journey, an immersion into a universe where every note tells a story. Her new album, STORIES, recorded in New York, will be released in early 2025.
After five albums under his own name, Grégory Privat presents his next album, titled "Yonn," which means "one" in Creole. In fact, it is the first time the pianist from Martinique has released a solo piano album.
For this recording of 11 tracks, which was recorded entirely in Cologne, Grégory Privat offers an intimate music that draws its inspiration from Caribbean culture, classical music and jazz.
A contemplative journey that combines the notes of the piano with the voice of the musician, as 5 pieces in the repertoire are sung.
