This 60-minute class is designed as a post-work recovery practice, specifically supporting the body and mind after long hours of sitting and desk-based work.

What to expect
🧘 18:00 – 19:00: After -Work Yoga
🤝 19:00 – 20:00: Social Hour

The practice supports better posture, improves hip and shoulder mobility, and strengthens the muscles responsible for healthy alignment and stability. It helps release accumulated tension commonly stored in the neck, shoulders, hips, and lower back.
Overall, this is a grounding practice designed to offset the physical strain of desk work and support long-term well-being, posture, and recovery.

After the practice, we’ll move to the cozy chill area for a relaxed social hour. It’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and build genuine connections.
