Join us for Group Fit, a small-group strength training class designed to help you build muscle, boost endurance, and feel great — all in a fun and supportive environment!

Each class uses resistance training in a structured and motivating format. You’ll alternate between upper and lower body movements, using equipment like dumbbells, barbells, benches, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises and much more. The format is easy to follow and suitable for all levels — whether you're just getting started or looking to push yourself further.

Training together brings social motivation, energy, and accountability — helping you push yourself and stay consistent, all while building connections with others.
