Our events are open to anyone 20 years old and above.
イベントは20歳以上の方なら誰でも参加できます。
Come by yourself or with friends—many people join solo, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to start chatting and making connections.

We try to maintain a balanced ratio of Japanese to foreign participants as well as men to women 👭👬👭👬 at each party. If there is too much of an imbalance, we may cancel the party and contact you. Also, If there are not enough people registered for an event 2 days before the event we may cancel the event.
各イベントでは、日本人と外国人の参加者、また男性と女性のバランスができるだけ 均等 になるように調整しています。バランスが大きく崩れてしまった場合は、イベントを中止し、その旨を事前にご連絡させていただくことがあります。また、開催日の２日前の時点で十分な人数のお申し込みがない場合も、イベントを中止させていただく場合があります。
Unlike many other "International Party" Meetups we do not puff up our numbers before the party. 👥👥👥👥👥👥👥 The numbers on the meetup page are an honest reflection of people that are actually coming and who have actually registered. Please keep in mind that on average between 70-80 % of that number actually come.
他の多くの「インターナショナルパーティー」系イベントとは違い、うちのグループでは人数を実際より多く見せるようなことはしていません。 ミートアップページに表示されている人数は、「実際に来る予定で、きちんと登録している方」の 素直 な数字です。 なお、その人数のうち、当日はだいたい７０〜８０％くらいの方が実際に参加されることが多いので、その点もあらかじめイメージしておいていただけると嬉しいです

• Sometimes there are free light snacks
- 軽いスナックが出ることもあります
• We try to choose venues with promotional prices for our guests—usually this means some or all drinks are discounted, often around ¥500 each.
- 会場はできるだけ特別価格を用意してくれる場所を選んでいます。多くの場合、ドリンクが一部または全部ディスカウントされ、通常1杯500円程度で楽しめます。
• A casual, friendly atmosphere perfect for meeting both Japanese locals and international guests.

Since each venue requires a minimum number of participants, please make your reservation early so we can keep the party going strong. 🥂

⏰ It's OK if you come after the start time. Our events usually start after work time for most people and many people come towards the end of the party. Often, the parties go beyond the stated end time anyway so...no worries!
⏰ 開始時間を過ぎてからの参加でも大丈夫です！
ほとんどの方にとって仕事終わりの時間帯にスタートするので、途中から、またはパーティーの終盤から来る方も多いです。予定の終了時間を過ぎても続いていることがよくあるので……遅れても全然気にしないで、気軽に来てくださいね！

Regarding the list of people who are have signed up for any given party: the female 👩🦳 count is usually more accurate than the male 👱♂️ count. Also there's often spike of male sign ups 🙋♂️ on the last day.
