The development of neon lighting was pioneered by French engineers and neon-drenched streetscape has become a distinctive icon of Hong Kong's heritage. Anastasia Tsang, the director of the film A Light Never Goes Out, and Cardin Chan, a cultural conservationist, will share their inspirations. Jive Lau, an artist, will showcase his incredible neon light-making skills.
