We start our journey in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, meeting at “La Puntilla”. From there, we walk together for about 30 minutes to the serene and little-known Playa del Confital.

As we follow the coastal path along cliffs and rocky shores—away from the busy tourist areas—you’ll have space to connect with others and tune into the calming rhythm of the sea and nature.

On the beach, you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation by Stephanie Ferretti, a licensed psychologist and experienced hypnotherapist. Using gentle hypnotic techniques, she’ll help you connect with your unconscious mind—where clarity, creativity, and personal transformation begin.
