AAII Atlanta August Meeting - “What’s Inside your ETF?”

6:30 pm – Registration
7:00 pm – Keynote Speaker –
Michael Rawson
7:45 pm - Q & A Time

ETFs are often touted as a tax efficient, transparent investment. But that is not always the case. In this presentation, we will discuss how to analyze ETFs and why you should not just trust the name of the ETF when selecting investments.  ETFs that offer exposure to different asset classes can have different tax treatment and may not give you the precise exposure you expect. We will conclude with a discussion of investment ideas for the current environment.
