The meeting/social will be at the Platte River Bar and Grill on July 9th and begins at 6 pm. We've reserved the outdoor party deck starting at 5pm so come early and enjoy the beautiful outdoors before the meeting along with Happy Hour till 6pm and 75 cent wing night. Who knows....some Jenga might be on the menu as well!!

We're planning on holding the social outside but if inclement weather comes in, we'll move inside.

Please note this Social event will be held on 7-9-25 Wednesday ONLY FOR THIS MONTH. That allowed us to be able to use their large Party Deck with the option of moving indoors if inclement weather . This will be a fun event, join us for pre-party mixer games, margarita's and great food!

Let's head out to The Links GC in Highlands Ranch for another great FAC. I've set up 12 tee times starting at 3:00pm for Friday, July 11th to play 9 holes. You will pay at the course and you can walk or ride. You can not apply your member credit to this event since we are paying at the golf course individually. If you sign up and don't show, you will not be able to attend any other FAC's the rest of the year so if you have a change of plans, please change your RSVP to make room for someone else. Also, if you can't make it for golf but in the area, come by and have a drink with us on the patio after our round! This is for ASGA members only so if you're not a member, take a look at the next paragraph to look into joining.

Some general comments concerning our golf outings.

1. Until you actually pay for an event you are NOT registered. You are just on the list that you intend to play.
2. Please wear the proper golf attire to all our events.
3. Keep up with the pace of play.
4. Beginning golfers, consider playing some of the forward tees.
5. Ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to event tee time.
6. Please answer the questions when registering for each golf event. It helps in organizing the events.

Please avoid slow play, keep up with the group in front of you. The course marshals will ask your group to speed up, skip next hole or terminate your round of golf if you don't.

Ways to do this can be:

1. Play best ball for a few holes.
2. If you hit your ball into the rough, don't look the 5 minutes, just call it lost and drop near the lost area (if you haven't hit a provisional)
3. If you are at stroke 6 and still not on the green. Pick up your ball and drop it on the green and putt out.

I will publish foursomes on the Monday before the event, maximum 16 players. 1. Once pairings are posted please do not cancel. The weather may be not so nice where you are but it may be nice at the golf course course. If the weather is an issue you can contact the course or you may be notified. Our courses rely on your attendance and finding replacements at the last minute is not always possible!
2. Keep up with the pace of play. Stay in contact with the foursome ahead of you!
3. Please wear the proper golf attire to all our events. Lone Tree is strict on this.
4. Beginning golfers, consider playing some of the forward tees or playing best ball part of the time. If you’re lagging pick up and move on.
5. Ensure you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to event tee time or 1 hour prior to event tee time if you want to warm up.

Welcome to another year of our Wednesday 9 hole Lone Tree events. This is a biweekly event starting May 21st and running through September 24th.

This year the course only has 3 tee times for us each event starting at 5:30 pm.

RSVPs will open 2 weeks before and close the Sunday prior to the event. I will publish foursomes on the Monday before the event so please let me know any playing partner requests by Sunday evening.

THIS IS A PAY AT THE COURSE EVENT. YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO USE YOUR ASGA CREDITS FOR PAYMENT. Senior discounts and coupon books apply. Lone Tree requires us to close the event prior to the event. Last minute cancellations without finding a replacement and no shows not only affect our relationship with golf courses, but it also keeps another members from playing.
