About us

We are a group of singles (not married) who like to get together and golf/socialize in the Denver area. Meeting others through golf is one of the best ways to begin any relationship, business or personal. Most importantly, we are all about having FUN! There's nothing like a group of friends getting together for a great round of golf and share a meal.

We are the Denver Chapter of the American Singles Golf Association (ASGA)
- a group of chapters throughout the United States composed of real people you meet face-to-face. The Denver Chapter holds general membership meetings/socials once a month (generally the second Tuesday of the month) and play a lot of golf. We have volunteers who coordinate 9-hole and 18-hole events across the metro area. Additional social-only events are also held throughout the year.

In order to belong to the Denver Chapter of ASGA, you must be a member of the national organization ASGA. You are allowed to attend one event prior to joining to meet the people and see what the fuss is about. Sign up for an event through this Meetup site. Sign up for membership here.

Pradera 9 & Dine!!

RSVP's open up on Monday, July 13th at 12pm!

Who wants to check out one of Colorado's newest private golf courses? How about joining us at The Club at Pradera in Parker for an incredible day of golf on Monday, August 17th. I've set up a shotgun start at 4:30pm and the cost is only $95 and that includes your fee for 9 holes, cart, range balls and an amazing buffet dinner. It's a small price to pay compared to the price of membership so come on out and let's check it out together with fellow members.

As usual, I will have the 3 putt bucket ready so we can give out the usual closest to the pin for men and women, longest drive for men and women and a combined longest putt prizes.

Joining our Meetup site is just a precursor to joining the ASGA. Our golfing activities require that after playing one event without belonging, to continue you must join the American Singles Golf Association (http://www.singlesgolf.com/denver).

Some general comments concerning our golf outings.

Until you actually pay for an event you are NOT registered. You are just on the list that you intend to play.
Please wear the proper golf attire to all our events.
Keep up with the pace of play.
Beginning golfers, consider playing some of the forward tees.
Ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to event tee time.
Please answer the questions when registering for each golf event. It helps in organizing the events.

Please avoid slow play, keep up with the group in front of you. The course marshals will ask your group to speed up, skip next hole or terminate your round of golf if you don't.

Ways to do this can be:

Play best ball for a few holes.
If you hit your ball into the rough, don't look the 5 minutes, just call it lost and drop near the lost area (if you haven't hit a provisional)
If you are at stroke 6 and still not on the green. Pick up your ball and drop it on the green and putt out.

Due to Course restrictions, the ONLY way to reserve your spot is to be paid in full (or have notified that you intend to use credits) by the date the RSVP Closes. Courses are requiring payment in full 7 to 10 days prior to the event. If you cancel after RSVP is closed and there is no waiting list, your funds will be forfeited unless you find a replacement. Finding a replacement will be your responsibility.
