Welcome to Active Atheists. 

We are a group of like minded people who enjoy doing a variety of activities together.  If you are an Atheist, Freethinker, Humanist, Skeptic, or Agnostic and enjoy doing almost any activity such as potlucks, meetings with speakers, hiking, dancing, camping, whitewater rafting, indoor skydiving, or just about any activity, you have come to the right meetup group.  If you would like to do an activity with other like minded people and are willing to be the event leader, feel free to suggest the activity.  Just suggest a meetup and fully describe the event, then I will make you the organizer for that event.
