Mountain Biking at Rocky Point

This is a bike trail that has green (easy), blue (intermediate), and black (difficult) trails.For those of you who do not have DEC permit you can pick one up at no cost. Park by the Rocky Point trails located around Whiskey Rd or another convenient entrance or try to carpool.... FREE PERMIT located here: http://www.dec.ny.gov/docs/regions_pdf/newaccessprmt.pdf

It's 16 mile loop trail! it is a lot of fun! We can go at all different paces, stop have a picnic somewhere, relax, and bike some more! it really is a lot of fun! There are bail out spots for those who do not want to complete the entire trail. It's starting to warm up so it's perfect weather to pull the bike from winter storage. The Hard core never put them away! :-)

Remember the basics: a quick bike check, Helmet and some water before the ride.
