Escape to Lost City - Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Tyrolean Traverse, Swimming....

Known for its many pinnacles, corridors, overlooks and hidden mazes, Lost City, on the beautiful Mohonk Preserve, offers a wide array of adventure opportunities. In addition to climbing an assortment of routes (5.4-5.10) appropriate for all levels, you'll have a chance to learn how to rappel (lower yourself down while still on a safety belay), traverse (pull yourself across a 100' rope while dangling 80' off the ground), spelunk (creeping through a cave), jump off boulders landing in a refreshing creek and explore this unique spot not far from New Paltz, NY. No previous climbing experience is necessary as your certified guides will provide instruction and all the technical climbing gear to make your day fun and safe.

To make the most of our day, we'll meet in the Lost City/Coxing parking lot at 9am, get geared up and hike out to the cliffs. Plan on returning to your vehicle by 5pm. There is a bathroom in the parking lot to change out of your wet clothes if you choose to go for a swim....why not?

Cost: $169 includes all activites listed above, certified rock climbing guides, instruction and all technical epuipment. Bring an immediate family member for $159. If you are pleased with your experience, we recommend thanking your climbing guides by contributing $20 to the gratuity pool.
